Nanyang Seafood Restaurant, Edge night

went shopping with angeline at orchard yst..
it's been so long since i really shop...
when i say really shop it means, going to the shop with some $$ and looking for stuff to buy...
in the end i got myself a top which i took a long time to decide if i should buy...

we went over to wh's office to meet her for her birthday tea (haha!), thought we were just going to meet at her office downstairs or something,
in the end she drove us to jurong west since we gonna be there later,
we saw a big banner outside the multi-storey carpark,
and the stuff looked rather attractive...
like cereal prawns+soft shell crab+steam fish is only $38 nett.
so we decided to give it a try...
first dish came out, to our dismay, it wasnt what we wanted...
it was steam prawns instead of cereal prawns,
so we asked for a change and the person was quite hesitant at first,
then we wanted to leave the place coz it was not what we wanted, so the person got no choice but to change the dish for us..
and a plate of broccoli with oyster sauce cost a whopping $12!
hmmm anyway, the food was just average lah..

then we went over to church to meet the members for edge night..
and it was very good!
the theme was makeover,
so the stage transformed like a runway style, jacelyn tay was the special guest and the way she shared her testimony was just so funny yet impactful!
pst preached a very good word too!
i hope the rest did enjoy themselves as much as i did!
