alright first up would be friday's outreach at Marina Bay

we had bible marathon before dinner

then we played some games

we had an impromtu game also, which was not in our itenary

anw, it was still fun

then next was dinner

omelette was the "hot" dish

after dinner

so some of us went to the the arcade while the rest went home

we played daytona

as usual, screamings were heard

HAHA!

we wanted to play somemore but we got to catch the last train

so that marks the end of our day!

yesterday's svc was FANTASTIC!

i mean it was really good

Nick Vujicic, who was born without limbs

shared his testimony and i was really inspired

one thing he said,

"you have not experienced patience until you have learn to wait"

i think this is like so true

it's a revelation to me

and also, he said

"you have not experienced courage until you're afraid"

i was thinking to myself, if i were him

i probably wont be as strong as him

i was inspired by how he took life positively
and even though he was so extraordinary

he could still do things we normally do

in fact, i think i ought to be ashame of myself

whats with all the complaining and whining, when i've got two arms and two legs,

while he lead a life without limbs, but yet he's living life to the fullest and overcome every barrier victoriously

during the altar call, i was in tears

if God can use him if he's like that, God can also use me and everyone of us!

i felt the love of God once again

man, i was impacted!

yesterday marked my 5th year in church!

and what brought it to remembrance was that the worship song- Through it all, we sang yesterday was also sung during worship when i first came to chc!

i remembered stepping into Jurong West St 91

and the church used to have some special treats to the newcomers

and that day i had pizza and haagan daz ice cream

haha!

but that's not the thing..

i was amazed at their praise and worship, preaching of the word which was pretty much different from my previous church

and i believed God brought me to the right place at the right time!

i can't wait to see what and who am i going to be 10 years down the road
