pst phil's svc was GREAT and AWESOME!
his sermon was about PRAYER
i think it is for me
seriously
my prayer life hasn't been great for these past few days
so busy with school work
so tired after school
so much so that
my spirit is willing, but my flesh is weak
many times when i want to pray
my flesh will start tempting me
sometimes giving way to it
i am going to say NO to it!
NO to the flesh!

every opportunity God has for us
is to let us rise up to another level
and to go up another level
is only by PRAYER
I got to go higher to see further!

i need to seek the Lord myself
nobody would seek God for me

Isaiah 55:6
"Seek the Lord while He may be found, call on Him while He is near"
this was the verse that i used it for Essay writing competition
everytime when problem arises
i need to remind myself to seek God
only when i seek God, only then can i find Him
many a times
we do not look to God
and we look at our circumstances
but one thing i've learnt
looking at our circumstances doesnt solve the problem
it just create a negative thought in your mind

pst phil has also been emphasing on what Jesus said
"... could you not keep watch for one hour?...."
many times we think that making a short 5 minutes prayer to God is good enough
5 minutes of giving our "want" list to Him
sometimes we are so eager to get the things we want
that we fail to listen what God has to say
i am going to make my prayer life fulfilling
like never before
im going to wake up early in the morning to pray!
crucify my flesh!

i remembered that was what i always do last year everyday before going to school
but i've lost it since i've graduated from secondary school
coz i dun have to wake up so early to go school
so what?
i need to be disciplined
i need to get it back!
i want to have a heart of worship!

im going for guitar lesson!!
and i need a guitar
i know God is my provider
there's surely a way to find one
i always admire people who know how to play musical instruments
i think it's really a great talent God has given
now it's my turn to learn!
everything got to go through the starting process.

im so stressed up with school
there's so much homework
there's presentations
there's quiz

i need God to enlarge my capacity
just like what wenhui said in my PR
got to expand my capacity
renew my mind
enlarge my faith
and BREAKTHROUGH this year!!
